Privacy policy.

• Account information. When you create an account: your name, email address, phone number (optional), password (stored in hashed form only), and saved addresses.
• Order information. When you place an order: the items purchased, billing and shipping addresses, email, phone number, and order history.
• Payment information. Payments are processed by Stripe, our payment processor. We never receive or store your full card number — Stripe handles card data on its own secure systems, and we see only a payment reference and the card’s last four digits.
• Newsletter. If you subscribe to our letter, we collect your email address. We use double opt-in: no emails are sent until you confirm your subscription via the link we email you.
• Style quiz responses. If you take our style quiz, we collect your answers and — only if you choose to provide it — your email address, so we can tailor recommendations.
• Made-to-measure inquiries. If you submit an atelier inquiry: your name, contact details, city, and the details of your request.

• To process and deliver your orders, and to communicate about them;
• To provide your account, order history, and customer support;
• To arrange made-to-measure consultations and fittings you request;
• To send our newsletter, only where you have confirmed your subscription;
• To personalize recommendations (for example, from quiz responses);
• To prevent fraud, secure our services, and comply with legal obligations.

We do not sell your personal information.

We share personal information only with the service providers needed to run the store:

• Stripe — to process payments and prevent fraud (see Stripe’s own privacy policy);
• Shipping carriers — your name, address, and contact details, to deliver your order;
• Our email provider — to send transactional emails (order confirmations, shipping updates, password resets) and, if subscribed, the newsletter.

We may also disclose information where required by law, or to protect our rights, customers, or the public.

We keep account information for as long as your account is active. Order records are kept as long as needed for warranty, returns, accounting, and tax obligations. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Quiz responses tied to an email are kept until you ask us to delete them. When information is no longer needed, we delete or anonymize it.

You may request a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it (subject to records we are legally required to keep). To exercise any of these rights, email support@ayeadio.com from the address associated with your account — we respond within a reasonable time and may verify your identity first.

Every newsletter includes an unsubscribe link, and you can update your account details at any time from your account page.

We keep cookies to a minimum. This site uses:

• Essential cookies — to keep you signed in, remember your cart, and secure checkout. The site cannot function without them.
• Region preference — to remember your selected country/region so prices and shipping display correctly.

We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies.

We use industry-standard safeguards — encrypted connections (TLS), hashed passwords, and access controls — to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to protect your data as carefully as we cut our garments.

Our store is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
