Where we ship
We currently ship within the United States. Worldwide shipping is coming soon — join our newsletter and we will let you know the moment your region opens.
Delivery options & timelines
For ready-to-wear pieces in stock, orders are dispatched from Ashburn, Virginia:
- Standard shipping — 5–7 business days from dispatch.
- Express shipping — 2–3 business days from dispatch.
Business days are Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays. Delivery estimates begin when your order ships, not when it is placed. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the option you choose.
Made-to-measure & pre-order pieces
Made-to-measure garments are crafted to order — cut, sewn, and hand-finished for you alone. Please allow approximately three weeks from final measurement before your piece is ready to ship, plus the delivery time above. Pre-order items ship on the timeline shown on the product page.
If your order combines in-stock and made-to-order pieces, the in-stock items ship right away and the made-to-order pieces follow when they are ready.
Tracking
The moment your order ships, we email you a tracking number so you can follow your piece to your door. If a package appears delayed or lost in transit, write to support@ayeadio.com and we will chase it down for you.
