Returns.

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund, provided they are:

• Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered;
• With all original tags attached;
• In their original packaging, in the condition you received them.

Pieces showing signs of wear, perfume, or alteration cannot be accepted and will be returned to you.

Made-to-measure, monogrammed, and otherwise customized garments are final sale — the industry standard for couture, as each piece is cut for one body only and cannot be resold.

That said, fit is our craft. If a made-to-measure piece does not fit as measured, we will adjust it: your order includes a final fitting, and we handle reasonable alterations arising from our measurements at no charge. Write to the atelier and we will arrange it.

1. Email support@ayeadio.com within 14 days of delivery with your order number and the piece(s) you wish to return.
2. We reply within one business day with return instructions and the return address.
3. Pack the piece securely — ideally in its original packaging — and ship it back with a tracked service. Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless the piece arrived damaged or incorrect.

Received a damaged or incorrect item? Tell us within 48 hours of delivery, with photos, and we will cover the return and replacement.

Once your return arrives at the atelier and passes inspection, we issue your refund to the original payment method within 5–10 business days of receipt. Your bank or card issuer may take a few additional days to post the credit. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

For a different size or colour, the fastest path is to return the original piece for a refund and place a new order. If you are between sizes, consider made-to-measure — cut to your exact measurements. See also our size guide.
