By browsing this site, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms of Use and Terms of Sale and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site. We may update these terms from time to time; the version posted at the time of your order applies to that order.

All prices are shown in US dollars (USD) and exclude applicable taxes and shipping unless stated otherwise at checkout. Our garments are hand-finished; slight variations in color, weave, and detail are characteristics of the craft, not defects.

We work to keep every listing accurate, but errors happen. We reserve the right to correct pricing or descriptive errors, and to cancel and refund any order placed at a materially incorrect price, even after an order confirmation has been sent.

Your order is an offer to purchase. Our order confirmation email acknowledges receipt of your offer; a contract of sale is formed only when we ship your items (or, for made-to-measure pieces, when we begin the atelier build). We may decline or cancel orders — for example, for suspected fraud, pricing errors, or stock issues — in which case any amount paid is refunded in full.

• Made-to-measure pieces are commissioned works, cut to your measurements. Quotes are provided at your fitting; a 50% deposit confirms the commission, with the balance due on delivery.
• Build time is approximately three weeks from final measurement; timelines are estimates and may vary with fabric availability.
• Made-to-measure and customized pieces are final sale. Your commission includes a final fitting, and we handle reasonable alterations arising from our measurements at no charge.
• Measurements you supply remotely are your responsibility; we recommend an in-person or video-guided fitting.

Ready-to-wear pieces may be returned within 14 days of delivery under the conditions set out in our Returns Policy, which forms part of these terms.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for activity under your account. Provide accurate information and keep it current. We may suspend or close accounts used in breach of these terms.

The AyeAdio name, logo, photography, designs, text, and all other content on this site are owned by or licensed to AyeAdio and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without our prior written consent, except for personal, non-commercial browsing.

The site is provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, AyeAdio disclaims all warranties not expressly stated in these terms, and shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or products. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order shall not exceed the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law, or your rights as a consumer under mandatory law.

These terms and any dispute arising from them or your use of the site are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Courts located in Virginia shall have exclusive jurisdiction, except where mandatory consumer law provides otherwise.
